A hat is a message for the sky
13. February 2008 Accessories & Jewelry, DIY & Customizing, Designers & LabelsWhen i just stumbled across that phrase, my heart humbled delighted.
Susanne Schmidt seems to have a wonderful view on things.
Even though I will probably never tinker my own hat it´s worth to present the “Schmitthut-kit” to all of those who would like to sent personal messages to the sky.
The young hat designer developed a punch-out sheet that can be ordered here.
The sheet is made from teaproof and water-repellent card web, can be converted to a hat and is ready to be painted, superscripted and printed.
For the use of innovative, forward-looking materials the “Schmitthut-Kit” awarded the Design Plus Price from German Design Council. I´m sure…in future, we will hear a lot more about Susanne Schmitt.
