Hitler – Knitler

Was it for the fame or was it out of passion?
No one knows, but the whole world´s blaming one. …Who? An Uk knit “expert” called Rachael Matthews. “Famous” for handcraft guidebooks such as Knitorama: 25 Great & Glam Things to Knit (have a look on the cover
), the DIY-expert came up with the wild discussed idea to publish a book with knitting instructions for dictator dolls. Sounds funny, at the latest the Hitler – Knitler doll´s placed on the cover with the Nazi salute. Uhhmmm..speechless. Immediately brings up more than one big question mark. Who do you expect to buy your book, dear Mrs. Matthews?

But despite all anger your little “creative output” evoked – To get a publisher convinced to follow your mission….you really must be a sales-tiger. Respect. And of course, you can be sure as i am. Even in some years you will lead my list of “the most bizarre knit ideas”. At least, something.
