This is why the aspiring textile designer hatched out into the front row of my favorite Newcomers.
With her first collection, Signe Emdal presented us colorful, grafikdesign-inspired Hoodies. Which were great and called for more and more.

Covers for cuddling, covers for sleeping, covers to wrap us up and covers to dream in.
Reversible with patterns on both sides, made from 100 % pure Italian Cashwool and created to last for years. Well, Signe Emdal was warning us: “EMDAL colorknit is without any place in time, and you will see the boarders floating between: Textile design, fashion design, traditional handcraft work, art, illustration and storytelling.”
And so it is. And it´s great. I am VERY curious what Signe Emdal offers us for the next winter season – the suspense continues.
