From Chanel Hacks to Naco-Paris – it´s a logical step to cover now some smart DIY ideas.
Unfortunately, the European DIY scene is not as well represented in the web as the US-scene is.
There has to happen something!

The big surprise for me was, that the US Teen Vogue has an own DIY rubric online and offers some nice ideas.
Have a look.

Inspired by vintage illustrations and the 19th century magic mystics, jewelry designer Ms. Vanda from Manchester, UK, conjures handmade AND affordable embellishments for both woman and men. Her label Paraphernalia is known for a wide scope of designs that range from odd – like the anatomica collection – to frisky – like the fauna collection and vetements collection.
I know, I know, the Paraphernalia designs are very special – and I know that not all of you go for it. But still, it´s a unique creative output that makes Ms. Vanda´s work remarkable and worth mentioning. And while strolling around her website, I am pretty sure that most of you will find at least one piece that makes you think, smile, wonder, whatever….paraphernalia_fauna-collection_jewelry-art_goldfish-necklace.jpgparaphernalia_fauna-collection_jewelry-art_spottet-bird-necklace.jpgparaphernalia_anatomica-collection_jewelry-art_toth-necklace_300.jpgparaphernalia_anatomica-collection_ribcage-necklace_jewelry-art_300.jpg
