Aloof from the Berlin Mitte fashion mass, Hamburg-based designer Marie-Louise Vogt presented a preview of her upcoming SS10 collection at Store Nr. 4 in the context of Berlin Fashion Week. Besides some intricate, handmade dresses, the young knit designer showed her new jewelry collection composed of single handmade and found pieces.

For the first time, Marie-Louise Vogt did not only mix & match single handmade components into wearable pieces but also added bought and found components such as trivets. (more…)

Indisputably, Marie Louise Vogt is Hamburg´s knitting dolly number one. Lisa and Mary already showed the winter collection of the 28-old knitwear designer, I will have a look on what Marie Louise Vogt offers us for the next summer season.
Like in her previous collections, the handcraft- work is distinctive. New are the bright pastel-colors, pieces made of second-hand silk fabrics and – my favorites – oversized knit-braces as remarkable accessories. (more…)
