It´s an intense challenge to unite both: develop cross-national and cross-cultural stylelanguages and to create unconventional and keen to experiment clothing that stays highly wearable and elegant at the same time.
Svenja Specht is proficient in it. After years of travelling and temporary employments abroad - i.a. in Paris and Bejing - Specht ventured to jump in at the deep end. Seven years after graduating, Specht founded the label Reality Studio in Berlin.
Her international biography considerably incorporates her design and conception.
„I work with a global archive and create new things myself. That means the „Reality” and „Reality Studio” stands for the archive and I am the Studio, the active part.
That’s my interpretation of the „Reality Studio”, Specht says in an interview with Mahret from f&art Blog.
Reality Studios fashion is straightforward, playful and keen to experiment. Complex cutting and unconventional material mixes with like: PVC, chiffon, jersey and denim, constitute an avant-garde character. Wearability is given by an unostentatious, plain conception. Uniting a clash - a strong but sexy, a maskuline but highly feminine image of woman- makes Specht´s fashion intelligent and highly appealing.

For the Reality Studio summer collection, Svenja Specht got inspired by a recebt trip to Morocco.
Besides the partly tuxedo-inspired two-pieces it´s the trousers and flowing tops that wow me.
The overall picture of the top-quality collection that is kept in the key-tones denim-blue, sand, red and black and is completed by exceptionally beautiful accessories - jewellery, bags, scarfs and belts- is a sympathetic-headstrong one.
