US-economist Richard Florida stated, that cities only grow when a vital and active “creative class” exists and feels comfortable. If Florida is true, Hamburg is on the best way to become a dead town.
A dead town only likeable and livable for uncritical Disneylandish culture-consumers, for moneygrubbing estate-speculators and for those tasteless thinkers who consider branded-spaces sustainable, urban environment.
